Design and Details

A Weaver's Log Home can be constructed to fit about any need or desire. Whether you have your own plans or you use one of ours, every Weaver's Log Home is customized to get the home that fits you best. We will work with you to finalize the plans. It can include porches, dormers, fireplaces, a metal roof, etc. We have years of experience to guide you and answer any questions that may come up. We customize the entire building process to your needs at NO CHARGE. 

The Complete House Kit

If you want to reduce the time and stress involved with building a new home, then the Complete House Kit is for you. Once you settle on a design and the details of your new home, Weaver's Lumber Sales will manage the building process from start to finish. Imagine the relief that you will feel knowing that our experienced builders are taking care of the multitude of details that make a Weaver's Log Home a joy to live in. From the breaking of ground until we hand you the keys, Weaver's Lumber Sales is there every step of the way to ensure you are thrilled with your new Log Home!

We can also work with your designated contractor. Consulting and Training are offered to help your home get properly erected. For homes outside the Georgia area, we provide a consultant to help the owner erect the logs to the roof stage. From that point, any local contractor can complete it.

Shell-Only Log Home

A Shell-Only or Shell-Out Log Home is the most economical way to build and personalize your home by giving you the opportunity to participate in the actual construction. Once you settle on a design and details of your new home, Weaver's Lumber Sales will build the shell of your home from foundation to windows to roof. We will then complete any additional items you selected for us to take care of and then you get to give your home your personal touch to finish it. You will have a deep satisfaction knowing that you helped bring your home to life.
